From spreadsheets to a connected system

Work relied on people, Excel and manual data transfers. I began with discovery and process changes. We then built CRM/ERP capabilities, web services and microservices, alongside recognition and machine learning. Separate operations became a system designed for everyday use and peak loads.

My role: Discovery, product decisions, client collaboration and delivery leadership.

Modernise the complex. Keep it working.

An existing platform, changing requirements and extensive logic. We moved functions to the web, updated technology and automated reports that a team had assembled by hand. After implementation, we continued developing the services through user feedback.

CT, MRI and AI: tools for working with medical images

We needed to create tools for doctors and explore machine learning for medical images. Model selection had to account for available data and limited computing resources, then connect that research to a working tool.

I founded Fotelier to turn model research into an accessible photo product. Restoration was a particular interest: how could it become fast and affordable for people who previously found it too complicated?

Could someone see a possible change to their appearance in their own photograph within seconds? In Simume.AI, I personally built a breast-implant visualisation prototype based on an image and selected parameters.

A DAO club: NFTs as participation and investment infrastructure

The club wanted to make investment decisions collectively: participants join a DAO, discuss opportunities and vote, with access and participation terms represented by NFTs. It needed technical infrastructure that reflected those rules.

Bank employee learning: from offline sessions to one digital process

Employee training took place offline. Materials, testing and the handling of results needed a more systematic approach: course preparation, the learning experience and HR's work had to connect within one process.

The platform needed to help businesses present projects for investment and help investors move from initial interest to formal participation. Publishing project listings was only one part of it: documents and the sequence of actions for both parties needed to be designed as well.

I learn the challenge directly, work with you and lead delivery. For each project, I assemble a team from a substantial pool of developers, analysts, designers and other specialists. Its size and composition follow the work ahead.

Understand
We examine how things work today, what you have already tried and the outcome you need. We investigate constraints and expectations to find the specific problem behind the initial request.
Choose an approach
We compare possible approaches and plan the system and stages of work. If success depends on an unresolved research question, we check it first and then build on the findings.
Implement
I bring in the right specialists, coordinate the work and contribute directly to key decisions. Requirements, design and development come together in one project, with a clear view of what is happening and why.
Launch and develop
We check the solution in real use, collect feedback and improve it. In my projects, this stage has included long-term support and development as the client’s needs changed.

I want to understand the whole problem.

I have worked as a developer, architect, project lead and consultant. I have studied processes, assembled teams and taken work from initial discussions through implementation and support. That helps me connect a business request with how to build it.

My own products added experience in research, launches, finding an audience and support. It helps me account for what a product will need after development ends.

AI has substantially expanded what I can do. I have researched and trained models and built image and video pipelines. Today, I use AI both in products and in the work of creating them. If the path to solving your challenge is unclear, we can start by examining it.

I’m comfortable taking on complex problems: making sense of uncertainty, finding a workable solution and seeing it through. I’m quick to get involved in projects that interest me when I see their potential and where my experience can make a difference.
